Refund policy
As our pre-order fabrics are printed to order, we unfortunately cannot process refunds or accept returns for any ordering errors or change of mind. You are, however, more than welcome to list these for sale in our friendly fb group.
While we always check our fabrics for faults a few times throughout the process, if we have missed something, please let us know via email at hellofriendfabrics@gmail.com and we will discuss the options available to you. At Hello Friends we want our fabric friends to be happy!
At Hello Friend we pride ourselves on quality products and customer
service. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please email
us on hello@hellofriendfabrics.com within 14 days of receiving your order,
with your order details and issue. If there is damage or a fault then we will
work with you to resolve the issue with a credit, refund or exchange.
Please note we do not process refunds for change of mind.
