I know what I want to make but I don’t know what fabric to use, can you help?
Yes! Part of the package is a phone call or zoom call to discuss your needs. Our supplier stocks a large range of fabric and we can send you samples to help you decide, as well as giving advice about options.
Can you help have the fabric made into products?
We know a lot of fabulous makers and can share a list of makers and their contact details and the products they make if needed.
Do I get access to the file so that I can create other products with it?
Yes! the file will be shared with you on google drive or via email so you can download your own copy and use it for any projects you desire.
How long does it take to get the file?
Intricate designs can take a long time, so these have a 3-4 week turn around.
What is the turnaround time for fabric?
As we preorder all our fabrics there is approximately a 6-8 week turnaround on the fabric after it is ordered.
What kind of file do you use?
We use a tiff file but can provide file as a jpeg if you prefer. Pop it in the preferences in your google form.
Can I have my favourite artist’s artwork turned into a surface design?
No, sorry. Only if you created the artwork yourself. We pride ourselves on supporting artists and would never create a design using someones artwork without permission. By ordering on this listing you are declaring that you own and or have the rights to the artwork to be reproduced. There are big fines for using someone else's artwork and it also goes against our values of supporting artists
Do I get to check the file to make sure I like it?
Yes and there are up to two changes included in the price. Please make sure you put as much information into the google form and phone call/zoom call so that we get a really good idea of what you're after. Please also add your contact details so that we can contact you to clarify if needed.
